What is a Solutions Partner Designation?
Over the past few years, the pandemic has caused an upward shift in consumer preferences. Work and lifestyle changes, such as flexible and hybrid working setups, have caused the needs of customers to rapidly evolve.
To allow commercial partners keep up with the ever-changing user landscape, Microsoft has designed the Solutions Partner programme. It ensures all partners are equipped with the essential resources to facilitate a seamless approach to customer satisfaction.
These Solutions Partner Designations will allow partners to drive digital transformation and change across board.
There are six Solutions Partner designations, namely:
- Solutions Partner for Business Applications
- Solutions Partner for Infrastructure (Azure)
- Solutions Partner for Data and AI (Azure)
- Solutions Partner for Modern Work
- Solutions Partner for Security
- Solutions Partner for Digital and App Innovation (Azure).
We hold designations in all six.
What does this mean for Infinity Customers?
In short, nothing. Our customers do not have to do anything different.
